For the tech-savvy professional barista, there is the Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro Grind By Weight! In our series of espresso grinders, Fiorenzato is back once more to support cafe and restaurant owners who seek to prepare quick and effective espresso, desire a magnificent look, and most importantly, desire cutting-edge mechanical innovations! One of these innovations is the ability to weigh the quantity of ground coffee while the portafilter is in use. Additionally, for commercial use, this is a great grinder to match with a dual boiler espresso machine.
The Fiorenzatio F64 Evo Grind By Weight is truly unique since it promotes “thinking smart.” As a result, the Fiorenzato F64 Evo Grind By Weight grinds the amount of coffee based on the weight in grammes, which is set just once, as opposed to other espresso grinders that grind the coffee based on the time! As you prepare to grind your espresso, one less thing for you to worry about!
