The Torre Peppina EVO Inox elevates espresso preparation with dual independent boiler architecture, enabling simultaneous espresso extraction and steam generation without thermal compromise—even under demanding conditions. AISI 316 stainless steel construction ensures durability and hygiene across both water/steam and coffee boilers. The volumetric pump paired with mains water connection streamlines operation and consistency. Pressure transducer monitoring on the steam boiler and integrated PID temperature control on the coffee boiler grant precise command via touchscreen display. Adjust brew water temperature across 80–100°C to optimise extraction profiles for diverse coffee origins and roast profiles, delivering professional-grade performance for the serious home or commercial operator.
